HI there,
A month ago I went to see an Optometrist & he find out that I have something on my eye taht needs to be taken care of so he refered me to a specialist. I called Discovery for the reference number since for the first time they claimed that they will not pay as they ignored my request so i had to pay for myself. this time I called & talked with different people in different time, i even emailed so many times & i was told the same thisn that I DO NOT NEED A REFERENCE NUMBER i must just go & see the Specialist. I then got the letter from the Specialist telling me that Discovery does npt want to pay, I emailed them & attached the eamils that they sent me, they responded to say they will pay out on the 06/04/13 & on the other email it said they will pay on the 04/04/13. I still have not heard form Discovery even today, as they have not pay the Specialist yet.
Please help me to get them pay as this is not happening for the first time!
