Terrible service

My wife was scheduled to do a D and C procedure on the 8 Jan 2013 at or about 08h30 at city hospital. The doctor who saw my wife arranged with discovery on the 7 Jan 2013 and gave us the authorisation no as well. The doctor gave my wife cytotec on the 7 Jan 2013. As we just got back to our apartment which is about an hour from city hospital, my wife started getting severe pains and could not handle the pain. I called her doctor who told me to go to the nearest emergency hospital and get her stabilised. I went to Alberlito where she was in outpatients. I explained to them what had happened and the receptionist said she will confirm with discovery.
A little later when i spoke her she told me everything is sorted out and not to worry about payment. Thereafter i took my wife who was sort off stabilised to city hospital and booked her in. I know receive an account from Alberlito hospital demanding payment. How does this hospital work, Please resolve this matter asap.
