Unpaid Pathcare Bill for 6 months

I was taken to an emergency after hours unit on the 5 October and the Dr on duty requested Blood work to be done by Pathcard. They medicated me, put me on a drip and kept me while we waited for the blood results. When the results came, the Dr wrote me a script and sent me home. I was not admitted into hospital. We followed up the Bill and was told the Bill was stale and we had to resubmit the bill. We did that and today we received a final letter of demand and a threat of legal action. I phoned the call centre who said that the bill is under review by management since the 11 March 2013 and that the turnaround time is 14 working days for an answer. I brought to there attention that 14 days were overdue and that I needed to speak to a Manager. I was then told that there Management do not take calls.

There service leaves a lot to be desired and nobody gives you any feedback unless you phone back. We need an urgent payment of this bill or legal action will be taken against us.
