I made a reservation for one night's accommodation and breakfast for the 6/4/13 as I had a Groupon voucher which qualified for dinner for 2 and 1 game drive (not accommodation). Reservation was confirmed/ fully paid on 11/2/13 for accommodation/breakfast. On 26/3/2013 I was advised that The Cradle is under new management are not honouring Groupon vouchers and secondly as the chalets will be undergoing renovations they need to cancel my booking. After numerous emails and calls I have not received my refund for the accommodation/breakfast which I paid for upfront in good faith. No response to several emails either. I am appalled at the unprofessional way in which The Cradle Restaurant has conducted this booking. I am of the belief that I have a right to my refund, seeing that they could not honour my confirmed booking 11 days prior to our reservation. For the record the Groupon voucher was refunded within 24 hours. Regards Jenny C
