On 2012/07/20 we went and acquired a quotation for 30 tables for wedding function fated 2012/11/24. We were given the quotation and later we finalised the quotation but for 27 tables for which we paid R1796.00.
The tables were supposed to be delivered on the eve of the wedding (2012/11/23). But were not and we went to the supplier and were not serviced. We had to pay again for the same number of tables which the supplier delivered on the morning of the wedding day. The supplier reasoned that we gave them a wrong date od the wedding, which according to them the wedding was dated 2012/11/03. We then rechecked with the supplier after the wedding. The supplier refused to show us where we wrote by ourselves that the wedding was on 3/11/2012. We were told that we should come after a month because they have put the proof in their archives. We did came back after a month and were told that they took it back and it will take another month to get it. We were only refunded R200 for delivery for one quotation as the supplier refused to refund us the whole amount.
