Incompetent Discovery Staff

I had a billing issue in the beginning of 2012 and Shereen Maistry assisted me with that, she phoned me and said that it all had been sorted, now in 2013 I am liable for money to Discovery regarding the incident in 2012 that apparently had been sorted, I have disputed it and Denita de Witt was supposed to assist me, I believe she did not understand the whole incident and did not look into the account properly, after quering that she said that's final and did not assist me further even after I send her e-mails requesting info, I then contacted Shereen Maistry to try and resolve it with her, she cut me short and said I must send her a mail she will only help me after 1, that was on the 4 April 2013, I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the team leader and promises to get back to me. It is now the 9 April 2013 neither Denita nor Shereen has gotten back to me, they are either unable to assist, or think if they ignore me I will go away, or there customers are just not important to them. I have been a client since 1999 and now when I have a query I realise that the staff at Discovery is incompetent. Is there anyone else that can assist as these 2 people just don't care.
