Ad attitude and incorrect billing

I believe that the receptionists at medicross at constantia medicross were very rude. I phoned once in the morning to make an appointment where the receptionist was complaining that they were very busy implying i was holding her up, i then phoned a bit later to ask if the doctor may have an earlier available appointment, the receptionist answered the call, introduced herself and then put the phone down while i was speaking, i could hear noise in the background after a minute, the receptionist returned and introduced herself again. She then told me in a very cold tone "unfortunately not". i arrived for my appointment at 15:00. My appointment was for 15:15. A lady cut infront of me and the receptionist saw to her first. The receptionist then informed the lady that she could see the doctor at 15:15, in Afrikaans. The lady ended up seeing the doctor in my place and i ended up seeing him only at 15:40. I informed the receptionist i would pay cash, after my doctors visit, standing with my money in my hand, the receptionist charged it to my medical aid and informed me that she put it through and there is nothing she can do and questioned why i did not want it on my medical aid.
