Bad Service and are not willing to do right

I was for more than 10 years part of a Medical Aid. The last 25 months with Medihelp and joined Discovery on 1 Febr. 2013. With NO break in cover. On accepting the quotation I queried the imposed 90 days General waiting period as the quote referred to break in cover. The Broker Alexander Forbes said it is due to per-existing condition - high blood pressure. On 20 Febr 2013 at 8h30 I got a severe pain on my stomach - did not know that was wrong and went to Garden City Clinic emergency. I paid my contribution and saw the doctor that informed me that I got a bellybutton hernia, and need surgery. The Admission clerk informed me that Discovery have authorized and they processed with x-rays, sonar, blood test and surgeon saw me. He wanted to operate at 19h00, but changed to 7h00 the following day. At 15h20 I received a call from Discovery that said that they are retracting authorization, now Discovery say that they will not pay for the cost that they have authorized. Although it is not a life threatening condition, I am in constant pain and do not have the funds to pay for there mistake. Discovery are inhumane and hide behind invalid excuses not to pay for this medical problem
