Update: After I logged my complaint on Hello Peter, I had the most polite and apologetic response from the management of the Three Cities group. Regrettably however they have to means of recourse against the Spa as it is privately owned. Since my complaint the hairstylist was given 24hours to get me to remove my complaint from Hello Peter or her contract will be terminated. Needless to say, I did not and the she was since terminated and asked to vacate the premises. I later found out from the stylist and someone at the hotel that the Spa owner was intending to remove the stylist, I am not sure the reason but hotel management assured me that they they have had nothing but positive feedback and and increased client base since her arrival. It seems that the owners strategy was to treat the clientele badly in an attempt to get the stylist to leave, As I said, I want no contact with the arrogant owner, I just want to advise him that he has the wrong attitude for the service industry and I want to re-iterate that niether me nor any one of the clients in the salon come to his facility, we follow the stylist.
