I am sending this mail on behalf of my wife.
Her details are as follows:

Medical Aid number: 91180538
ID no.

I have requested feedback quite some time back from Mohammed and still have not received any.
We are also unable to get through to Mohammed on his cell for some time now.

The issues to follow are still unresolved:
o Incorrect / almost double debit on the previous month.
o Payment not made to Lancet claim.
o New medical aid card with amended details. (address/name)

I have spoken to Christina with regards the above (ref no. 67247246)

Still have not received feedback from Hosmed or from the broker. The above issue has been going on for over a month now. This is rediculous & disappointing from such a big company.
