Yesterday a taxi from the company was booked and confirmed by Martha in Administration for 22h00 from - I shall name it point A to point B.By 22h30 the taxi had not arrived, so the passenger called the contact number given of the Driver. Although not hearing the entire conversation the name of the road from where to be collected had to be spelt 3 times! Eventually @ 22h40 the taxi arrived. I was in contact with the passenger throughout the journey and he eventually arrived at his destination despite the fact the driver did not know how to get to point B. It states on the web site that "state of the art garmen are used". If this is the case then there should not have been any problems in finding the address of the pick up or the destination. According to the driver, he was only given details of the pick up when the passenger called. Surely if you book a taxi for a certain time which is confirmed, an allocated driver should be given his/her schedule when arriving on shift. This is the first and last time using this company.
