Baba en kleuter subscription

After I had my baby, I bought a Baba en kleuter subscription through vitality mall. You pay for 9 and receive 3 for free, thus a year subscriptions.

Initially I only received magazines up and till February 2012, when I complained in June 2012, I received magazines up and till June 2012 and none further.

I further complained about this in August and received an email from a Lizel, at Baba en Kleuter, indicating that they will send me magazines up and till September 2012, and that my subscription will expire with these magazine.

I however took out a year subscription, receiving my first magazine in December 2012... which means that I should received the magazine up to and including November 2012.

I finally referred the matter to vitality mall in October 2012, as I purchased the subscription through them.

It has been almost 5 months now, and still the matter has not been resolved. I left a message on their Facebook page in Jan/Feb 2013 and a very friendly lady (I cannot remember her name) contacted me saying that she would get answers and someone would phone me back.

But NO further correspondence regarding the matter.

BAD service guys!!
