I was referred to the hospital on Monday 11 March 2013, I was given a specific Dr to request for when I got there, I was taken through to Dr Picoli (did not got through casualties) My file was not opened in casualty it was opened in the Emergency reception. I spend all day in hospital, only one Dr attended me, then I went to Radiology. According to my knowledge, all hospitilisation costs are paid from my Hospital Benefit cover and Private GP consultations are coverd by my Medical Savings accout. To my surprise, Im seing claims from my Medical Savings account instead of my hospital cover which means the Hospital failed to request authorisation from Discovery. There are several claims from Dr's who never attended to me, and two claims for Netcare Waterfall for the same day all claims amounts to R10 271.61.

I need this amount to be returned to my Medical savings and the amount deducted from the Hospital benefit (Netcare Waterfall Needs to do their Job and get authorisation). Also need someone to explain to me why am i being charged by 5 different Dr's while was in hospital none of which never attended to me.
