Poor Customer Service

I made an appointment to see the doctor at 10 on the 15.03.2013. At 09:30i phoned the dental clinic to tell them that I was running late and the lady that answered the phone told me that she was also about to call me and ask me to come in the afternoon because the doctors's also running late, I told her that I still have to go back to work she said it's okay I must come. I arrived at 10h45 then I was told that the doctor still has anothr patient I'll have tto wait for 30-40 minutes. After 50 minutes the doctor's assistant came out and called the white guy that arrived after me. Well, I questioned her about that and she said I must just make another appointment because the doctor is fully booked.

I am really disappointed because to me it seems as if I am being punished for the fact that the doctor was delayed in the morning. I am the only one with the appointment that was moved to the afternoon and when I got there I am the only one with the appointment that was cancelled... I'm not sure wherthe it is because I am the only one who was black o on the list of the patients that had appointments.
