I have been trying since May 2012 to change the banking detail on my debit order. I have left my previous company and requested in a number of e-mails that the banking detail on your system be changed to my personal bank account, without success. On my last call the call center agent informed me that my previous employer had to stop the payments on their side (this still makes no sense to me) before the full amount will be deducted from my account (currently I only pay a "subs" fee of R510 pm). My previous employer has since informed me that they have stopped the debit order on their side in August 2012, but still I am only paying this "subs" fee and they are footing the majority of my membership fees. This is now just plain embarrassing. Can someone PLEASE look into this and make the necessary changes? My next step will be to cancel my membership altogether just so that I can get rid of this debit order nightmare.
