Healthcare suspended for Discovery's own

Discovery Health somehow managed to debit a staff member's individual Standard Bank account instead of the our corporate account. How Standard Bank let that happen, I still do not know. The individual queried the huge debit and ultimately had it reversed. Following which Discovery Health suspended all our members accounts for non-payment. we followed up, and the original debit order went through our account, but still our members' medical accounts were still suspended for a clear 14days now. We still cant access our healthcare. Numerous emails and phone calls have not helped.
