I have been trying to downgrade my plan since January. Spoken to countless call center people who always promise to get back to me and sort things out but never do. My wife and new born child were meant to be on my policy since Feb but this never happened and they have been without cover for over a month. Discovery... dont call and ask what the problem is... it has been put on your system many times. Pain in my f*%#ng.
