I Ordered my new glasses with a prescription sunglasses and payed R300 extra for the polarisation from spec savers in Mall at Carnival 6 weeks ago. After I had to phone them numerous times to check if my glasses arrived i finally decided to go in one morning and check. Sure enough my normal glasses was there but no sunglasses. This was two weeks ago. I went in again two days ago to check if they where there and the glasses was apparently sent to "Bellmore" by accident. I spoke to Spec savers today again and now the glasses are missing as "Bellmore" sent it back and no one knows where it is.

I find the lack in capability from spec savers and there laboratory's shocking to say the least. The fact that I had to in-quire constantly as to where my glasses where I find so irritating that i will never ever in my life use them again and nor recommend their services to anyone i know. My sunglasses now are being re-maid. They said this will take a week. I am sure it is going to be another 4 weeks before I will have to eventually go in and check if they are there.

On a score out of ten Spec savers gets a -5 for inconvenience and incompetence.
