I have emailed Discovery Health 3 times regarding my Dermatologist claim - and have received absolutely no response.
My first email was sent on 18 February 2013, second reminder email on 27 February 2013 and my last email on 05 March 2013 - zero response. MailRef 582322375
I have even highlighted the fact that Discovery claims that you do not have to wait for delayed payments - this is completely untrue.
If there is an issue with my claim - then please contact me immediately to sort out this problem as I cannot afford for it to be dragge out as long as it is - I pay enough per month to not receive such bad service.
