I really had a overall horrible experience with Unitas hospital. My 6 month old baby was admitted for pneumonia. The support staff is SHOCKING! When we got there the issues started, bad communication, long wait to open a file, only when the pediatrician called down, some action was taken. The students were shocking, this one kept on taking my babies temperature incorrectly, I don't think 33.5 degrees would give an accurate measurement on human temperature, and they would note that info! They microwave the baby milk, they don't tell you what they are going, they could not correctly wrap the bandage on the hand with the drip. To change my baby, they had too just close the drip and remove, twice the nurse did not do it correctly and she messed blood all over the place. The dr ask on the 2nd day in hospital that my child should receive Physiotherapist, only after the 3rd time I asked someone checked. I complained about the other mommy in the ward that washed her underwear in the bathroom and left it on the side of the bath, I was told that is not their responsibility. I have so much more to copmplain about, my child was left crying twise that I know of, the mommy across from us, picked her up.
