I have been with Discovery for some time.
my Vitality status has been dropped based on the fact that they never received my report for my physical assessment.

i have taken this up with the call centre but there is nothing they will do and now my status has dropped.

it is pathetic that i must suffer because the processes don't allow for my documentation to go through and get whats is owed to me.

just give me my points!!!

So you lose my information and have no record of it so i suffer because there is nothing you can do i spoke to the vitality team after all the this and they said they cannot do anything for me!!!

Why make a big thing of it release my points and make me happy!!!
