I have repeatedly spoken to Discovery about authorization for the Synagis vaccine for my baby who has a rare heart condition called Ebsteins Anomaly. The call center staff are useless and i am being passed back and forth to various people who seem to knwo very little about motivating for the Synagis vaccine. My doctor has written a motivation letter which answers all the criteria that have been requested. And yet, i'm being told that the whole medical history needs to be sent to Discovery. I have not got all the doctors running around getting various documents together but we still cannot get a direct answer from Discovery as to what EXACTLY they need. I would appreciate for a team leader or someone in some sort of management role to call me and tell me exactly what it is you need. This has been dragging on since the 8th February and RSV virus has started! Please can someone come back to me??
