Where are my Vitality Points & Status?

Hi, I've not had the best week this week and to top it off, I just logged into my Vitality online and I saw a grand total of... ZERO points. Also, I see that I'm now apparently demoted to Blue status?!? Why is this?

I am supposed to be on Diamond status with lots of carry-over points from last year..In fact, I checked that I was on Diamond status as of Feb 12th 2013.. And just because your call center is not open on Weekends..You now have 2 (very reasonable) options
1. FIX IT.. NOW - points, status, everything!
Or
2. Pay me back my 3 years Vitality contributions with interest, along with my Life insurance contributions, which I only took to keep Vitality.. and then cancel my Life Insurance, as well as cancel my Discovery Medical Aid (pay me back my contributions for this too as it only just begun this month), which again I took to keep my Vitality status & points..& also don't bother about me calling you to sign up for Discovery Drive either!
