I purchased a pair of reading glasses from Phalaborwa Specsavers, 11 months down the line the coating is coming off both the lenses so bad that i can hardly see out of them. I approached them and they say they cant help me I should come in and get new lenses as its time for my new presciption. I have sent the same complaint to Head Office and have had no response at all.
