Iam absolutely shocked with the lack of service from Discovery.
I sent through a claim and received a ref no for it. Claims generally take 3/4 days to be processed. After not receving the funds from the claim 1 week later i called them. They could nto locat ethe claim on there system. After giving them the ref no they were able to find it, Only problem was that no one processed it. was told it will be processed and i will be paid in 2 days. Another week passed. Had to call again to enquire. was told to wait for another 4 days to receive the money. claim was only paid after 3 weeks. Subsequent to that i sent through another claim for the same provider and got no response after 1 week. had to call again and was told that they didnt receive it but after providing the ref no they picked it up. Was then told it was not clear and had to get another invoice sent to them. Could no one have called me to advise of this. 2 weeks passed and still hasnt been paid. Seems like no one monitors their Claims mailbox. service is pathetic
