I have been an employee of ER24 for quite some time and recently resigned. Although I worked 1 week notice period, according to contract, and completed my last shift on the 22nd Feb. 2013, I have not yet received my final salary or payment of any kind for the month of February from ER24.
Labour law advised that they cannot do much as I have to exhaust all internal posibilities myself before they can take over.
None of the contacted personel seem to be able/willing to supply me with concrete information nor do they get back to me with sufficient feedback when I leave messages.
They did mention that there was a mistake during the processing of documentation and that I will have to wait until end of March for this matter to be resolved.
I cannot wait this long for a salary that is owed to me as I am dependent on these funds. I have debt not yet paid and cannot take care of responsibilities as expected.
I do not have much knowledge in this field. I need help. What else is there to do?
