Veronica please refer to the attached. When I joined Medihelp, I was requested to go for all these blood tests by you guys, and I specifically asked who will be paying for this. I was assured that this would be paid by Medihelp and I do not have to worry.
Now I am stuck with these accounts that was not paid by Medihelp, so what now? I do not have this kind of money.
Please advise on this situation, as I am not happy about this and it is causing me a great deal of stress and sleepless nights.
