We booked and paid for accommodation approximately 5 months before the Red Hot Chilli Peppers show in Cape Town. Thinking that everything was sorted, we drove all the way down from P.E. to go and have a fun relaxing time with our friends. We were 10 people that were going to stay in the house. About half an hour before we needed to book in, we contacted Petra to ask where we can pick up the keys to the house and she only informed us then that we were double booked! She didn't answer any of our calls up to this day. Only the odd sms. With no help from her, we had to find alternative booking which took us an extra 3 hrs and we had to be split up at double the cost we intially paid for the two nights that we booked. She promised us that she would give our money back and we could stay the next night for free. She only paid half the money back for the first night that we were double booked. She does not answer her phone or respond to any emails or messages. So we forked out extra cash and were inconvenienced as we couldn't do much driving around with our luggage in the car whole day! She R3000 from us and we won't see that money again. There are other similar complaints to ours.
