My company has booked me into City Lodge Lynnwood. The airconditioning does not work and the heat is unbearable. Despite numerous complaints to Reception no attempt has been made to repair the aircon or have me moved to another room. Instead I have been provided with a cheap plastic fan and have spent a sleepless night in a room resembling a sauna. I will never stay at this city lodge again and will complain, officially, to our travel agency when I return home. If I need accommodation in the area again I will insist on a guesthouse. City Lodge management: Room 359 does not have airconditioning. Do something about it or you will lose another client. P.S. I'm writing this at 02:00am because I can't sleep due to the discomfort of this room.
