Hospital Birth Account Still not paid!!

I have requested Prosano to pay my Hospital Account balance of about R3000 from my PRO ELITE Savings Account which had enough in it, but after a long wait and plenty of calls and requests, emails and speaking to numerous consultants etc, they have still not paid it.
It was for my NATURAL birth on the 21 Sept 2012 and THEY made a mistake of only Authorising it for 1 DAY in hospital, but in normal procedure you have 3 days authorised in hospital for a natural birth.
Because of this, this has delayed the matter and it is now 5 months later and I am not able to pay this from my pocket, but the Legal department of the Hospital are getting impatient.
Since the amalgamation with Bonitas the service is terrible, and I feel as a paying customer that I am being wronged.
The last 4 times I have called to query the same issue, ( 3 times today), they transfer me to the MSO department and I wait for 10 minutes minimum on line but I get cut off as soon as the call gets answered!!
I would just like Prosano to get back to me on the status of my issue and when it will be resolved and why it is taking so long. It is making the whole birth of my child a painful memory with regards to this
