Problems with medical aid

I visited an optometrist in Butterworth (Dr Nxumalo) if I got the name right, he is under the primecure network, as soon as they realised I am using BONCAP, I was turned away and they informed me that Bonitas doesn't want to pay claims and when they do, they always pay very late.2.Oct 2012 : I was admited at Brenthurst clinic, gave birth via C-section and stayed for 3 days in hospital, I had got the authourisation number a month prior giving birth. Two weeks after that I got about 6 or 7 sms's on my phone informing me of unseccesfull claims etc. when I was in hospital Dr's would come and go out of my ward and also when I was in theater, they would do tests etc on me and the baby. Now how is it now my problem that the medical aid does not communicate well with the hospital as well as with the DR's to say what can they do and what cant they do on a Bonitas patient? Why is it now my fault that they did whatever it is that they did to me which I do not know. 3. a serious problem with us members not be able to access authourisation numbers at night, we dnt fall sick during the day only, we need to be able to acess medical attention without a hussle at all times, we now get sent home.
