Hi there
my Wife and i booked and stayed at the Wilderness on Friday 22 Feb 2013 and we found all the staff to be really friendly and helpful
the only issue i had was that the Bathrooms need a bit of re model to keep up with modern trends,
other than that the stay was very nice,
Simone really did give us a good room and ensured our welcome was great,
Vincent went out of his was to ensure that there was a great dinner that we could eat (we being hindu cannot eat Beef) he made a special dinner of Chicken for us, which no other hotel has done for us,
Thanks again for the great stay, keep up the great service
