Discovery's inadequate Customer Service

I'd like to hilight issues with Discovery. I've already complained through healthinfo@discovery

0. I had to scan and email the original Discovery form at least five times - a time waster. Discovery clerical error
1. I received six email notifications and membership cards and had to call few times to cancel the five other cards. I believe there was a serious problem with Discovery's IT. IT issues
2. My Vitality was cancelled & I missed out on 3 months of benefits. Both the medical aid premium and the discovery fee should have been deducted directly from my company. What Discovery did was enter the company payment details for monthly medical aid premium & my personal banking details for Vitality fee. So Vitality was cancelled. Vitality left voice mails but no emails or letter requesting the info. Clerical error bad follow up
3. I can't log onto Discovery Vitality site. Discovery created 2 profiles for me and entered incorrect birthday on one of them (again Discovery clerical error). I sent inquiry 2.5 weeks ago and got reply 1 week later, not 3 days. I sent my passport and FICA do and Discovery is still working on this. Now I'm on week 3. Clerical error inefficiencies
