Misleading information and poor service

Last year October I left Bonita medical aid, and join Discovery. A consultant of discovery advised me to take the key care plus option, based on the fact that I had no medical claims in the past 2 years.

I then moved to secunda, and suddenly I started to get sick. I visited the doctor, who prescribed me medicine which he found on the key care medicine list. When I went to collect it at the pharmacy, the medicine was not covered and I had to pay for it. However, the medicine had no effect on me and I was still ill

The second time, I printed the list of medicine from the discovery website and took it to the doctor. The doctor chose from the list of medicine, but at the pharmacy, I had to pay for the medicine again

The third time, the doctor called discovery and explained my condition to the operator. The operator advise him what medicine to prescribe, and when I went to collect the medicine, I had to pay for it again. do discovery even know what medicine is on the list?

i am sick now for 4 months and dont get better, as mediceine is expencive. what must i do? This is BS, I had a better option at Bonita's, and my premium was lower. What am I paying for??
