On Saturday 16/02/2013 my daughter was admitted into the hospital's casualty after being hit by a taxi and was swollen and bleeding behind the ear. The casualty doctor Molatlegi did the necessary x-rays including head and spinal, after which she noticed that my daughter had a fracture of the skull and stated that the nature of the injury even though she was in a casualty ward this called for a neuro-surgeon which she contacted by telephone as an emergency that Professor Gopal should visit the hospital as she would be admitting the child "Mimi" into ICU as she was also unconscious. The admission from casualty to ICU took six good hours and when it eventually happened the ICU staff were clueless of the next move as they stated they would be calling the doctor to attend. After an hour of non-movement from the staff they called the Dr/Professor and gave the phone to the child's mother and all he could say the was going to be fine and gave the impression he was still on his way to the hospital. 12hours later the Dr had still not seen my daughter and had also not informed the ICU staff of what to do next. SERVICE AT THIS HOSPITAL IS NON-EXISTENT. They only care about debiting medical aid
