Last week Monday my husband was treated at the Wilgeheuwel casualty, they had a problem with their systems, they actually sent a claim through to my medical aid quite a few times, the receptionist said the medical aid rejected the claim, I then called my medical aid and the receptionist spoke to them and they advised her they did pay the claim, she then advised me that I still had to pay in an amount of R250.00 because my medical aid did not pay this, which I did pay, when I checked with my medical aid as to why they did not pay this R250.00, they advised that the hospital claimed R617.90, which my medical aid did pay, I sent wilgeheuwel the proof of this payment which shows an amount of R617.90 that was paid by them, but on the hospital statement it shows that Wilgeheuwel only charged R517.90, and on top of that they still made me pay R250.00, they have indeed charged me incorrectly, I emailed them all the statements, and asked for a refund on 6 February 2013, my medical aid keeps calling the accounts dpt, but knowone responds or replies my emails, I want a refund immediately for bieng overcharged, I will not go to this hospital again because they rob people
