I sent a query to Vitality stating that I am 8 points short for silver status and the last few visits to the gym have not allocated, simply stating 'Limits Apply'. Their response was just a cold, longer version of 'Limits Apply'. Am I dealing with robots, can't some discretion be used in this case?
If Vitality is aimed at encouraging their clients to get fit, why would you STOP the points allocation, atleast allow 25 points per visit after the threshold is reached as I assumed would be the case given that my previous visits in December were accumulating 25 points.
