I paid a deposit for accomodation in Dec2012 to African Sensations Lodge and Spa. I cancelled my booking 10 days before arrival, due to unforeseen circumstances. I then emailed Carolann at the lodge to inform her of my cancellation. She did send me a doc of their terms and conditions regarding refunds due to cancellations. According to the doc I was entitled to 25% of my deposit back, and I would therefore forfeit 75% of my deposit paid. Till today, I have not received my refund of 25% from the lodge, after numerous emails sent to them. They are just not bothering to respond. In monetary terms this is not allot of money, but it's the principle behind it, Thanks Hello Peter for your assistance in this regard.
