Lexmed is constantly harassing me with threatening sms's of handing over even after supporting documents was provided that the medical aid paid the invoice for ER24 Ambulance service in full. After several request to provide me with an invoice, they are still not able to provide me with the information requested. I think the administration of ER24 Ambulance is just as pathetic for never have they even contacted me regarding this alleged outstanding amount.
