I have asked to downgrade my membership and they informed me that I cannot as the period is over. I have since then attempted to cancel my membership over the past 5 days and they keep on delaying to process without informing. They constantly ask me for my membership number. I have sent it to 5 different people and in fact twice to the same person and then they wont reply. They are just trying to delay to cancellation to squeeze another month of premiums out of me! Will be sending this matter to the ombudsman as well.
