Poor service

Last year December, I received mail correspondence from Sizwe medical aid regarding adjustments of premiums and requesting proof of income which I duly faxed to the medical aid to the fax number provided. I then received erroneous notification that they had not received my fax which was later followed up with another text stating that the previous text should be ignored if said proof of income had been faxed. Now at the end of January 2014, upon checking my account, I discovered that that the medical fund had deducted an insanely higher amount from my account. I struggled to contact Sizwe medical fund and when i eventually managed to get through, the service and handling of my complaint was slow, unhelpful and treated with no urgency what so ever. No resolution was reached. This is not the first time I have had problems with payments wrongfully taken from my account by Sizwe. I am a pensioner and cannot afford these reoccurring mistakes by my medical aid. It is causing me great strain both financially and emotionally.
