My doctor wrote a script for oncology medicine and was told the medicine would be delivered to my home. the chronic medicine dispensary claimed the miney from the medical aid on 3 january even though i was told that this medicine would be delivered late in december.i have yet to receive this medicine . i have phoned every day since the begining of january only to be told that the medicine is with the delivery company and would reach me the following day. this is the same story i get everyday.how long do i have to wait.
