Made a booking and cancelled after slow response from wendy who I was dealing with. I asked for my stay to be extended and she took forever to responed. I cancelled as I needed connfirmation asap. It has now been 3 weeks since I first madethe booking and cancellation. A week ago she finally responded asking for my card details so the money could be refunded and still nothing!!! I feel its very unfair that im chasing after money that actually belongs to me.. I am highly annoyed and disappointed with the service I have received from this establishment... I would not recommend anyone trying to stay at this place...
