My membership was approved for date of enrolment 01012014. I received a letter on which states that my mebership fees are paid retroactively at the end of each calendar month. I called customer care and the lady who was not very helpful said that it was a mistake on their side to send me an incorrect letter and I must send an e-mail to change my enrolment date to 01022014. Why is my membership suspended if a payment was received as stated in the letter?
