As usual I have been handed over to ITC for an amount I was not aware I owed to them. I have asked for an email on several occassions but to no avail. Continually harassed by the collection agent (Leanne).
Firstly its not my duty to continually request for an invoice... its Lancet duty to prove the amount owed. No invoice has been received via email or via post. Should the call agent harrass me one more time I will take action under the harrassment act.
Your business practices are extremely unethical!!! Why cant Lancet be like Ampath... where they actually send out statements to patients and then email them as a courtesy.
