Submitted my application to Bonitas 3 weeks ago. Every time I follow up, I am given a generic repsonse that I will be given feedback. There never is.
Trying to get through to Bonitas and have something followed up on is like hitting a dead-end.
Must I cancel my membership to get a response from Bonitas???
