Very Incompetent!

On the 14 September 2013 my husband was rushed to the casualty ward in Lenmed for about 3hrs due to Bronchitis. On the 20th Sept 2013 I received a bill from Lenmed, which I forwarded to my medical aid
Soon after I receive a bill from Lexmed stating that my account has been handed over due to none payment. I followed up with my medical aid and was told that Lenmed submitted the account to them, but instead of casualty they said my husband was admitted. We have tried numerous times trying to get the account amended for the correct details from Lenmed, but to date still no amended account. The medical aid has also contacted Lenmed numerous times, as all they need is a correct account saying my husband was in casualty and NOT admitted. Its 4 months later and Lenmed still hasn't submitted the correct document and they have the audacity to hand me over??? and they are too quick to inform Lexmed to issue a summons yet they so incompetent!
