ARRIVED AT THE EMERGENCY UNIT WITH MY HUSBAND IN SO MUCH PAIN THAT WAS CRYING OF PAIN THAT I COULDNT BEAR. ON ARRIVAL THERE WAS A EMENGENCY VEHICLE THE LADY JUST SAID WE MUST GO IN WALKED TO RECEPTION MY HUSBAND CALLED ONE OF THE GUYS AT THE RECEPTION JUST TO GET SOMEONE TO SEE TO BUT HE IGNORED US POINT BLANK AND CARRIED ON DOING WHATEVER HE WAS DOING. AFTER THE LADY AT RECEPTION PUT HER PHONE DOWN MY HUSBAND SAID CAN YOU PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME AS IM IN PAIN. SHE SAID SHE CANT LEAVE THE PERSON THAT WAS PERFECTLY FINE INFRONT OF HER AND HELP US. HE THAN STOOD BY THE TRIAGE PLACE AND A NURSE CAME AND TOLD A SISTER BY THE NAME OF MONICA TO PLS SEE TO ME SHE SAID THERE IS A QUEUE I NEED TO WAIT NOW IS THIS THE SERVICE YOU GET WHEN YOU ABOUT TO DIE THEY WILL TELL TO WAIT WHEN EVERYONE THAT IS SITTING IS NOT IN SEVERE PAIN THEY CANT HELP THIS IS APPAULING FOR A PRIVATE HOSPITAL. MY HUSBAND RUSHED OFF AND ASK ONE OF THE DOCTORS TO GET SOMEONE TO ASSIST. ALL I CAN SAY IS I WOULD NEVER ADVISED ANYONE TO GO TO THIS HOSPITAL WITH SERVICE LIKE THIS PATHIC DISGRACE.
