My wife was admitted in the maternity ward for a scheduled c-section 28/01/14 - 31/01/14
In the 4 days we were in hospital, we got to deal with a lot of staff members, we would like to commend the following staff members for exceptional service, great attitude, friendliness, always helpful and can-do attitudes.
Reception Manager Feriza, she was prompt, fast and friendly. She delivered an excellent service, and so did her staff.
The 2 security ladies at the entrance to the maternity ward, not sure of their names, but they were always very friendly and helpful.
Then the nursing staff in the maternity ward, Althea, Ross (help with breast feeding), Audry (awesome nurse!), Anne (head nurse), Florance (first bath), S. Manyathela (Student).
They are all wonderful nurses, always smiling, ready to help, very patient, and made our stay as comfortable as possible. We learnt a great deal from them.
Last but not least, the catering lady Ann Wilkinson, always with a smile, always friendly, making my wife feel right at home, explaining the menu carefully. Really a pleasure having her come around every day.
