We travelled over 600km to attend a wedding near Rustenburg.
We paid the full amount for one night's accommodation and when we got to the lodge the night there was no power through out the night.
We were told the lodge is fully booked but there were units with power that was empty.
Instead of moving us to a unit with power they refused to give us 50 % of our money back and we had to stay all night without power!
The woman could not blow their hair, our cellphones couldn't be charged and we couldn't sleep because of the heat through out the night!!!
Their attitude and LACK of service will make them a place NOT to go to in the future!!!
